At OVER, we are committed to creating products that combine design excellence, superior performance, and lasting quality. To ensure your complete confidence, all OVER products are covered under our official warranty policy as outlined below.
1. 99-Year Leakproof Warranty (Oversized Bottles)
Our 99-Year Leakproof Warranty applies exclusively to Oversized Bottles (600ML, 1.5L, 1.5L PRO, 2.2L PRO Oversized Bottle) and theirΒ caps.
Whatβs Covered
- Manufacturer defects affecting the cap or seal.
- Leaking caps due to manufacturing issues.
- Damages sustained during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
2. 6-Month Warranty (Flasks and Other Products)
A 6-Month Warranty applies to the following OVER products:
- Wave Flask
- Oversized Flask
- OVER Cup
- Tangki Pro
Whatβs Covered
- Manufacturer defects resulting in leakage or malfunction of the cap.
- Faulty seals or lid mechanisms under normal usage conditions.
- Shipping damages (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
3. Recovery Sleeve
Whatβs Covered
- Defects in the materials or workmanship, evident upon receipt or during normal use.
- Issues with the gel layer or fabric blend not functioning as promised for hot/cold therapy within the warranty period.
Bottles & Flasks
- Broken or dropped bottles as a result of user error.
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer's behalf.
- Slight colour differences of the product from images posted on social media due to differences in environment lighting & colour resolutions of different devices.
- Normal wear and tear on our oversized flask including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use.
Recovery Sleeve
- Damage from improper use, such as not following the hot/cold application instructions.
- Damage caused by the user, such as wetting the sleeve, is not eligible for exchange or return.
We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.

Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy isΒ being manipulated or abused.
