What kind of warranty do we cover?

OVER Warranty Policy

At OVER, we are committed to creating products that combine design excellence, superior performance, and lasting quality. To ensure your complete confidence, all OVER products are covered under our official warranty policy as outlined below.

1. 99-Year Leakproof Warranty (Oversized Bottles)


Our 99-Year Leakproof Warranty applies exclusively to Oversized Bottles (600ML, 1.5L, 1.5L PRO, 2.2L PRO Oversized Bottle) and theirΒ caps.

What’s Covered

- Manufacturer defects affecting the cap or seal.
- Leaking caps due to manufacturing issues.
- Damages sustained during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Please note:
-This warranty is valid for one-time redemption only
- Once a warranty claim has been redeemed, it cannot be claimed again


2. 1-Month Warranty (For Flask Only)


What’s Covered
- Rusting issue on the inner stainless steel
- Peeling issue from the ceramic coating
- Shipping damages (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Please note:
-This warranty is valid for one-time redemption only
- Once a warranty claim has been redeemed, it cannot be claimed again


3. 6-Month Warranty (For Flask Caps Only)


A 6-Month Warranty applies to the following OVER products:
- Wave Flask
- Oversized Flask
- OVER Cup
- Tangki Pro
- Brew Cup

What’s Covered

- Manufacturer defects resulting in leakage or malfunction of the cap.
- Faulty seals or lid mechanisms under normal usage conditions.

Please note:
-This warranty is valid for one-time redemption only
- Once a warranty claim has been redeemed, it cannot be claimed again


4. Recovery Sleeve


Our recovery sleeve comes with a 6-month warranty covering:

- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Issues with the gel layer or fabric blend that prevent proper hot or cold therapy performance during normal use

Please note:
-This warranty is valid for one-time redemption only
- Once a warranty claim has been redeemed, it cannot be claimed again

This warranty is valid from the date of purchase.


πŸ” 1-Month Sizing Exchange

If the size does not fit your intended area, we offer a one-time sizing exchange within 1 month.

Important notes:
- The 1-month period starts from the purchase date, not the delivery date

- If you feel the size is incorrect upon receiving the product, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the exchange

What do we not cover?

Bottles & Flasks
- Broken or dropped bottles as a result of user error.

- Normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer's behalf.

- Slight colour differences of the product from images posted on social media due to differences in environment lighting & colour resolutions of different devices.

- Normal wear and tear on our oversized flask including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use.

Recovery Sleeve
- Damage from improper use, such as not following the hot/cold application instructions.

- Damage caused by the user, such as wetting the sleeve, is not eligible for exchange or return.

We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.

How to file for a warranty claim?

If for some reason a mistake has been made at our end or your bottle has been damaged during transit,

Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy isΒ 
being manipulated or abused.
