Refund policy
At OVER, we are confident you will love our products! However, if you find a product unsuitable, we offer aΒ 30-day returns policy by the date of purchase.
1. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Free returns are only available for bottles. Ice tubs and chillers are not included in free returns.
- ForΒ chillers and ice tubs, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Returns arrivingΒ without packaging or deemed unfit by our inspection team may be denied.

- ForΒ bottles, we will provide a free return shipping label. Attach it to the original packaging and drop it off at a post office
