Refund policy

At OVER, we are confident you will love our products! However, if you find a product unsuitable, we offer aΒ 30-day returns policy by the date of purchase.

1. Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  1. Free returns are only available for bottles. Ice tubs and chillers are not included in free returns.
  • ForΒ chillers and ice tubs, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Returns arrivingΒ without packaging or deemed unfit by our inspection team may be denied.

2. How to Return

  1. Email our team at wecare@overmalaysia.com with:
    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

  2. Our Customer Service Team may ask a few mandatory questions to ensure the integrity of the return.
  3. ForΒ bottles, we will provide a free return shipping label. Attach it to the original packaging and drop it off at a post office
  4. .For chillers and ice tubs, please arrange and pay for shipping yourself.

3. Refund Process

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
