99-Year Leakproof Warranty
- Covers manufacturer defects on bottle caps, valid for 99 years.
- Leakproof guarantee applies only when the straw lid is locked or the flip cap is fully closed.

What’s Covered
- Manufacturer defects upon receipt.
- Leaking bottle caps within the warranty period.
- Damages during shipping (report within 48 hours of receiving).

What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or odor from regular use.
- Damages caused by accidents, misuse, or failure to follow instructions (e.g., abrupt temperature changes).
- Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.

Special Terms for Oversized Bottles
- Cap replacements are in classic black, with custom colors available for an additional fee.

Filing a Claim
- Email us at wecare@overmalaysia.com within 48 hours for shipping-related issues or defects.
- Provide photos or videos to verify claims.

Note: Customers cover reshipment costs for incorrect color choices. All claims are subject to OVER VENTURE SDN BHD’s discretion. Misuse or policy abuse may result in claim rejection.
