We believe in our quality and offer a 99 years warranty on all manufacturer defects.
Disclaimer: Leakproof Guarantee is only applicable when the straw lid is locked and not in use or the flip cap is fully close
- What kind of warranty DO we cover?
- Damaged products during the shipping process.
- Any leaking bottles caps that may occur between the date of your order and 99 years after. - What do we NOT cover?
- Broken or dropped bottles as a result of user error.
- Normal wear and tear, accidents, drops, odor, negligence, or misuse on the consumer's behalf.
- Slight colour differences of the product from images posted on social media due to differences in environment lighting & colour resolutions of different devices.
- Normal wear and tear on our oversized flask including scratches, dents, or other things that may occur with general use.
We reserve the right to require photographic / video proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.

Please note that we will act to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of OVER VENTURE SDN BHD and we reserve the right to refuse or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.
