99-Year Leakproof Warranty
Our 99-Year Leakproof Warranty applies to all bottle caps:
- What’s Covered : Manufacturer defects, leaking caps, and damages during shipping (must report within 48 hours).
- Leakproof Guarantee : Valid only when the straw lid is locked or the flip cap is fully closed.
Special Terms for Oversized Bottles
- Cap Replacements : Standard replacements are Black; custom colors available for an additional fee (subject to availability).
- Care Reminder : Avoid abrupt temperature changes between hot and cold liquids to prevent damage.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear of the bottle body, scratches, dents, or odor from use.
- Damages caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse.
- Natural aging of the bottle or slight color differences due to lighting or screen settings.
- Reshipping costs for incorrect color choices made after purchase.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email wecare@overmalaysia.com within 48 hours if your product is damaged during shipping or has a defect.
- Provide proof of purchase and photos or videos of the issue.
Note: All claims are subject to review and approval by OVER VENTURE SDN BHD. Excessive or manipulated claims may be denied.
