• Wash before first use.
  
• Hand wash is recommended to preserve the ceramic coating and exterior finish.
  
• Lid is top-rack dishwasher safe.
  
• Do not use bleach, chlorine, or harsh abrasives.
  
• AVOID sudden temperature changes (e.g., pouring ice-cold water immediately after boiling liquids) to prevent thermal stress.
  
• Allow cup and lid to fully air dry separately after washing.
  
• For deep cleaning, soak with warm water and mild dish soap or a vinegar-water solution.

Our shipping days are from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

Cap – 99-Year Leakproof Warranty

• Covers leakage from manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage (report within 48 hours upon delivery date)
• Replacement cap for normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, torn parts):
  customer pays RM7 for shipping only, cap itself is free, redeemable once from purchase date upon verification. 
• For any subsequent replacements due to the same issue, the cap will need to be purchased at the normal retail price.
  
• Replacement cap black color only

Body – 1-Month Warranty

• Peeling of coating / abnormalities on the body
• Breakage under normal use

• Rusting of inner stainless steel

• Temperature retention issues caused by manufacturing defects, not normal use or environmental factors

Bottles & Flasks

• Drops, wear and tear, breakage, misuse, or negligence (User Error)
• Minor cosmetic imperfections (scratches, dents) that do not affect function
• Odor from use or environment
• Slight color differences due to lighting or device displays

Recovery Sleeves

• Improper use (not following hot/cold instructions)
• Damage from wetting or negligence

Nasal Strips & Mouth Tapes

• Misuse, accidents, or improper handling

Accessories

• Misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, fraying)
