1 of the best tumbler that I ever had, the built was very solid with the bottom plastic cushion, 2 options to drink with - open cap and as well straw lid. It also had a string holder for you to hold.

in terms of keeping my drink cool/hot, the insulation is not bad. good for bringing it around everywhere.
I am concerned about the colour chipping off cause it feels like it might've been spray painted on, but not sure yet so we'll see.
easy to clean as well, just use the normal straw brush for the straw part, and everything else can use sponge and soap

I want to share my gratitude to the customer service team for their support. When I first received the bottle, the straw was making loud chirping sound and when I reach out to them, they quickly sent a replacement. However, the insulation was still an issue even with the cap replacement. BUT I continue using it for a few months because I really love the duo lid design. After MONTHSSS, I decided to reach out again and unexpectedly, the team inspected the bottle and sent me a new replacement. I’m very grateful for their support and am happy to say that I’m now very satisfied with the new bottle. I’ll definitely continue to support the brand!
