OVER Recovery Sleeve Comfort Warranty

At OVER, we are committed to supporting your recovery journey with products designed for both comfort and performance.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to all OVER Recovery Sleeve products purchased directly from OVER Malaysia or authorized retailers.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship identified upon receipt or during normal use.

  • Performance issues relating to the gel layer or fabric blend not functioning as intended for hot or cold therapy within the warranty period.

2. Warranty Duration

The OVER Recovery Sleeve Comfort Warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. Wrong Size Policy

If you wish to return the product due to an incorrect size ordered, return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
Replacements are subject to stock availability and product condition upon return.

4. What’s Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under this warranty:

  • User-caused damage, including wetting or soaking the sleeve.

  • Improper use, such as failure to follow recommended hot/cold therapy instructions.

  • Normal wear and tear from repeated or rigorous use, including minor tears, fabric deterioration, or stretching.

  • Neglect-related issues, such as improper storage or maintenance.

  • External damage, including punctures, cuts, or damage caused by pets.

  • Any modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs performed by anyone other than OVER’s authorized personnel.

5. Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email: wecare@overmalaysia.com.

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID or proof of purchase.

    • Photographic evidence and a detailed account of how the issue occurred.

All claims will be reviewed carefully to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.

If approved, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
No order ID or video/photo proof will be declined or neglected. All claims will be reviewed fairly and transparently.
