Fulfilling Orders
Please note that both Ready Stock & Pre-order require different duration to process
- Ready Stock: 1 business day
- Pre-Order: Date of fulfilment will be mark on the product page.
Shipping charges

| East Malaysia | RM13.60 (First KG) (50% OFF above RM120) |
5-7 working days. |
| Singapore | RM55 | 14 days or longer |
Our shipping days are from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
Orders that placed by 9am are shipped the same day.
Orders that placed after 9am are shipped the next business day.
Orders that placed on Friday and weekends will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays).
If you've added both pre-order and ready stock items in the same order, they'll be shipped out together based on the pre-order shipping date.
