Mencuci cawan dengan tangan disyorkan untuk memelihara kemasan.

Jangan gunakan bahan kimia yang keras (seperti peluntur, bahan penggosok, dll.).
Gunakan berus jerami untuk membersihkan jerami.

Sila ELAKKAN menggunakan jerami untuk cecair panas, kerana jerami tidak direka untuk menahan suhu tinggi.

ELAKKAN menuang air sejuk ke dalam flask segera selepas menambah air panas, dan sebaliknya, untuk mengelakkan kejutan termal dan kerosakan yang mungkin berlaku.

Kami menasihatkan agar melakukan pembersihan secara berkala untuk kedua-dua Cawan OVER dan penutup, terutamanya selepas menggunakan cecair selain air. Selepas mencuci, pastikan bahawa kedua-dua botol dan penutup dibiarkan kering secara semula jadi secara individu atau membuka sedikit jerami untuk menggalakkan pengaliran udara semasa proses pengeringan.

Jika penutup anda menjadi kotor, kami mengesyorkan sama ada merendamnya dalam rendaman cuka atau membiarkannya merendam dalam campuran yang terdiri daripada bahagian yang sama sabun pinggan, cuka, dan air.

Mematuhi garis panduan pembersihan ini secara konsisten akan membantu menjaga penutup dan Cawan OVER anda bersih.

Hari penghantaran kami adalah dari Isnin - Jumaat (tidak termasuk Cuti Umum).

Pesanan yang dibuat sebelum 9 pagi akan dihantar pada hari yang sama.

Pesanan yang dibuat selepas 9 pagi akan dihantar pada hari bekerja berikutnya.

Pesanan yang dibuat pada hujung minggu akan dihantar pada hari Isnin berikutnya (tidak termasuk cuti).

Barangan akan dihantar melalui NinjaVan yang akan mengambil masa sehingga 2-4 hari bekerja untuk menerima bungkusan.

At OVER, we are committed to creating products that combine design excellence, superior performance, and lasting quality. To ensure your complete confidence, all OVER products are covered under our official warranty policy as outlined below.

1. 99-Year Leakproof Warranty (Oversized Bottles)

Our 99-Year Leakproof Warranty applies exclusively to Oversized Bottles (600ML, 1.5L, 1.5L PRO, 2.2L PRO Oversized Bottle) and their caps.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturer defects affecting the cap or seal.

• Leaking caps due to manufacturing issues.

• Damages sustained during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

Leakproof Guarantee

This guarantee is valid only when:

• The straw lid is securely locked, or

• The flip cap is completely closed.

Things to take note:

• Cap Replacements: Standard replacements are issued in Black. Custom-colored caps are available subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
  

• If the issue is determined to be a result of normal wear and tear / user error on the cap, the customer will be required to cover a RM7 shipping fee for the replacement.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or odors from use.

• Damages due to negligence, accidents, or misuse.

• Natural aging of materials or minor color variations from lighting or display differences.

• Reshipping costs for incorrect color selections made after purchase.

2. 6-Month Warranty (Flasks and Other Products)

A 6-Month Warranty applies to the following OVER products:

• Wave Flask

• Oversized Flask

• OVER Cup

• Tangki Pro

What’s Covered

• Manufacturer defects resulting in leakage or malfunction of the cap.

• Faulty seals or lid mechanisms under normal usage conditions.

• Shipping damages (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear, such as minor dents, discoloration, or surface scratches.

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or modifications.

• Natural material aging or changes caused by extreme environmental exposure.

Warranty Limitation

After six (6) months from the date of purchase, all claims relating to leaks or functionality will no longer be covered. Replacement parts may still be purchased separately, subject to availability.

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow the process below:

1. Email: wecare@overmalaysia.com if your product arrives damaged or exhibits a defect.

2. Provide:

   • Your Order ID or proof of purchase.

   • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or issue.

All claims are reviewed and verified by OVER VENTURE SDN. BHD.
No order ID or video proof will be declined or neglected. Every claim submitted will be reviewed fairly, transparently, and with customer satisfaction as our priority.

However, excessive, manipulated, or inconsistent claims may be denied at our discretion.
