How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 2-3 business days to receive your order in West Malaysia, and 3-5 business days for East Malaysia. We ship your orders within 1 business day and will do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

A tracking ID will be sent to your email once we have shipped your orders. We will usually ship within one working day with a cut-off time at 9am 🙏🏽Another way to track your order is by clicking the icon in the bottom right corner, then selecting the "Track My Order" section. You can enter your order ID or email address to track your order.

How to wash the oversized bottle

Firstly, is to fill half the bottle with soapy water, shake it and let it rest for a while before rinsing it with clean water. Morevoer, we also have a brush designed specifically to wash the bottle thoroughly especially the handle part and the edges of the bottle 😇. Please share photos and your order ID with us via our email --> wecare@overmalaysia.com , and we will investigate the issue. Our bottles come with a 99-year leakproof warranty, so any cap-related issues will be covered

I dropped my bottle, and now it’s damaged. Can I get a replacement?

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidental drops, as this is considered user error. We hope you understand and we appreciate your kind understanding 🙏🏽

While the oversized bottle is designed to withstand heat, we recommend avoiding exposure to high temperatures. The plastic material may weaken over time when exposed to heat. For best use, we suggest sticking to warm or normal temperature water to maintain durability and safety

The bottle may indicate a slightly lower amount on the water level indicator, but rest assured that it can hold the full advertised capacity when filled to the brim.
