Product Warranty for OVER Ice Tub Water Cooler Machine

1. Warranty Coverage

• This warranty covers the  OVER Ice Tub Water Cooler Machine and tub for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• The warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions.
  

2. Exclusions from Warranty

• External damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and discoloration.
• Damage caused by the use of chlorine or any other chemical additives in the chiller.
• Damage resulting from the failure to use the dedicated filter designed for the machine.
• Any foreign objects, such as rocks or debris, found inside the chiller.

3. Specific Conditions

• The ice tub is designed exclusively for use with water. The introduction of any other substances, including but not limited to rocks, chemicals, or debris, will void the warranty.
• Chlorine is particularly harmful to the chiller’s components. The use of chlorine will result in damage that is not covered by this warranty.

4. Warranty Claim Process

• To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service department with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.

• The company reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect is covered under this warranty.

5. Limitation of Liability

• The company’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, at its discretion.
• The company is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.
  
  

6. Voiding of Warranty

• This warranty will be voided if the product is misused, abused, or altered in any way.
• Failure to follow the product’s usage instructions and maintenance guidelines will void this warranty.

7. Governing Law

• This warranty is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in Malaysia.
