Do not use harsh chemicals (such as bleach, abrasives, etc.).
Use a straw brush to clean the straw.

Please AVOID using the straw for hot liquids, as the straw is not designed to withstand high temperatures.

AVOID pouring cold water into the flask immediately after adding hot water, and vice versa, to prevent thermal shock and potential damage.

We advise performing regular cleaning for both the OVER Cup and the lid, particularly after using liquids other than water. After washing, ensure that both the bottle and the lid are left to air dry individually or partially opening the straw to encourage air circulation during the drying process.

If your lid does get dirty, we recommend either immersing it in a vinegar bath or allowing it to soak in a mixture consisting of equal parts dish soap, vinegar, and water.

Consistently adhering to these cleaning guidelines will help keep your lid and OVER Cup clean.

Our shipping days are from Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holiday).
