The OVER Nasal Strip works well I usually wake up with clearer breathing, especially when I worry about getting a blocked nose. It was slightly uncomfortable at first and may leave a small mark, but it's manageable.

I'm still getting used to the mouth tape; it feels a bit restrictive, but as someone who snores, I believe it can help with breathing. Both products are convenient and great for travel or competitions when quality sleep matters.

As an athlete, enough of sleep is very important because it helps to recover our muscle. Blocked nose during night time really affect my sleeping quality but this nasal strip really solves the problem! It did not cause any discomfort when I put on too!! You guys should try on!!

Honestly, I’m super impressed with the quality of Over’s nose strips and mouth tape. The nose strips especially surprised me the quality is way better than I expected. They’re really comfortable, stay on all night, I don’t really have breathing issues but I can see how it would help those who do by making it easier to breathe.

I’m a very sensitive sleeper so I didn’t think I could sleep with the mouth tape. But it was easy to use, and I didn’t feel weird or uncomfortable while sleeping. I feel like my quality of sleep has definitely improved at least slightly. Great product!!!

Honestly I had my doubts about the nose strip. It looks just like a plaster that goes on the nose however when I actually tried it I was so amazed with the effect. It immediately made my nasal breathing so much easier as it opened up the airways
